The SubliGem™ Digital Flat Bed Press is a quality-built, full size press designed to image a wide range of 2D sublimation ready products. It is available in two sizes - A4 and A3.
The SubliGem™ Digital Flat Bed Press can print most flat sublimation-ready products in the following categories:

The press features a digital controller for regulating the time and temperature that also displays a temperature reading via a web of inbuilt sensors allowing for consistent and predictable image prints which is deployed via a simple to use control panel. The quick start up main heat plate is Teflon coated for fast and smooth heat spread using less energy to reach temperature, and the gentle platen opening action is perfect for larger items such as T-Shirts or heavy items such as Photo Acrylic Blocks.
All SubliGem™ heat presses are designed and tested for effective heat soak wash-away and will not overheat with continuous use as some less efficient models do. The clamp assembly is fully adjustable through Low, Medium & High pressures to get the very best results from each pressing.
Built into every SubliGem™ is our Heat Energy Coil Transfer System (HECTS) which provides blanket heat radiance across the thermal range for faster start up times and predictable imaging results first time, every time.
